A LETTER FROM OUR DIRECTOR
It gives us great pleasure to introduce you to a premiere cinema arts showcase in the heart of California, The Sacramento International Film Festival.

Past highlights include fantastic presentations by Industrial Light and Magic (Star Wars, E.T.) and many industry guests like Academy Award winners John Daly (Terminator, Platoon) and director Vicky Jenson, (Shrek and Shark's Tale).

This year continues the tradition with the premiere of over 100 new films from around the world. As we welcome some of the world's brightest independent and international filmmakers, we also offer more exciting features like our Latino and African American Film Showcases as well as popular events such as "NorCal All-Stars" and our "Future Visionaries" Youth Program.

Over the years, Festival organizers have featured film industry luminaries like actor Michael Madsen (Kill Bill) and Composer John Ottman ( X-Men) while supporting many budding film careers.

Our mission is to build the film arts community in our region, and realize Sacramento as a first class city to create and appreciate Cinema art. We are proud to offer this Festival to help build a local arts community and look forward to your support of that vision. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Martin Anaya
